Many people worry about their fat. However, definitely there are many people who worry about their weight because they are so skinny~ . I am the one of the people. Today morning, I ate a banana and in afternoon, I ate buger meal. Then I ate chinese food like beef at 7PM. I ate 10wings around 10PM. I'm going to eat something before I go to bed. However, I am always same weight. Last summer, I ate 5 times meals per day and I also ate protein powder 2times for gainning weight. I could gained weight like 12pound. However, my weight was decreased back again because after gaining weight, I didn't eat protein powder. In that time, because I ate too much protein for gainning weight, a doctor said" If you eat more protien you will be paralysis before you became 30 years old !". So I totally gave up to gain weight.
It's So So So hard to me.

My cousin was like you, but after he got married, he gained weight:)
People skinny like us, can eat whatever we want! I can't say I like to be skinny, but I can't do nothing about it,so I accepted the way it is.
I keep doing exercises in order to lose weight.
